Your own programme
Pick the movements, set the weight and rep targets, order them the way you train. Four ready-made programmes are there to start from if you would rather not begin with a blank page.
Shared programmes
Share a workout as a six-character code or a link. Whoever opens it reads the whole plan straight away — on the web, before installing anything.
The calendar
Put workouts on the calendar, log the sports you do outside the gym, and get one reminder on each day you have something planned.

Open the App Store listingIn development. The Android build will be released on Google Play once it meets the same standard as the iPhone one; there is no date to promise yet.
Everything you record is written to your phone first, so the app works with no connection at all, and it syncs to your account so a lost phone does not cost you your history. You can export it as a file, and deleting your account deletes what we hold. There are no ads and no ad networks, and nothing about you is sold.
